The following pictures have come to us courtesy of Ann McCaig who has lived in Roughknowles Road since the development was started. They show the residents clearing their way through the snow to get out onto Westwood Heath Road. The modern pictures are what the area looks like now, and shows the changes that have taken place over the intervening years. Also included are some pictures of the start of the build of the Cable and Wireless building, which was subsequently taken over by Network Rail.
