A topical Memory Monday this week, taking a look at Westwood Heath in 1948, the year of our current King's birth. There are snippets of news from the mundane to important changes within the area; births, marriages and deaths; a bit about the Westwood Club, and even some of the adverts that were in the newspapers of the time.
